Whoever, hampered for much of this season with a quadricep strain suffered in a week 1 loss to the Oilers, was then seen politely calling a cab so that he and his wife, Sharon, 26, could leave.
Whoever's 2013 BMW was left in the parking lot and was retrieved in the morning.

"My wife and I were out at a seminar discussing Mary Parker Foilett's Administrative Principles of Management and stayed afterwards for some wine and cheese. I had an unoaked chardonnay and my wife the dry riesling." Nearly a dozen people witnessed Whoever and his wife enjoy the wine and some cheese and charcuterie boards highlighting the best that Upstate New York has to offer. Marg Pickles of Tonawanda, NY, was near the two most of the night. "They were quite cordial and enjoyed chatting about the benefits of worker-reward management practices and the influence of its contemporary applications."
Local officials later apprehended Whoever while he grocery shopped with his infant son at Tops Friendly Markets, tasering the Bills cornerback for being obedient and not resisting arrest.
Whoever is being held at the Erie County Jail with a court appearance scheduled for Wednesday, November 19th.
